Hi {{First Name|Guys!}}!
The smartest AI (Fable 5) just came back online and everyone is scrambling:
Everything you need to know about Fable 5 + how you should use it
Running an autonomous cafe with no humans? What could go wrong?
Create your own AI Advisory Board for Business Strategy
Fable 5 is back!
It was hard to go back once we had a taste of what Fable 5 (world’s most powerful AI) can do.
To recap, Fable 5 launched on June 9 but 3 days later the US government banned access for everyone as it believed someone found a “jailbreak” to trick it into cybersecurity tasks. Here are some examples of what it could do.
Now it’s back for paid users but with more guardrails.
Want to try it?
On paid Claude plans (Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise): Pick “Fable 5” in the model menu
Usage is capped until July 7 + draws down your limits ~ twice as fast as Opus
Privacy note: Anthropic now needs 30 day data retention on Fable 5 traffic even for enterprises that had zero retention agreements
Rerouting: Fable 5 can automatically route back to Opus 4.8 if it detects high risk topics like cybersecurity, chemistry or model distillation
How you should use it:
While there is no right or wrong way to use it, keep in mind the below:
One shot prompts: It does really well working on its own for hours so you can give it big coding tasks, create videos, debug etc and comeback the next morning to the finished work
Feels more like a high level manager: I asked it to help me reach 1 million followers on my channels and without telling it, it went onto all my channels, gave me realistic targets based on its analysis, checked out what type of content performed best AND built a production system, dashboard, growth tracker and content pipeline. All the things I didn’t really have to explain but it understood the context and where to find it (I did have it connected to my 2nd brain in Obsidian) but Opus 4.8 didn’t come close to this type of depth and attention to detail
It’s an orchestrator: Try to use it for your bigger tasks or you will burn through alot of tokens without much ROI. Use it to handle complex planning, perhaps even delegate tasks off to cheaper AI models, coding etc. You do not want to be asking it to write an email or simple requests. If you want the best ways to prompt Fable 5, here’s a resource
Regardless of which AI you’re using, I want to challenge you to also think outside the box. Instead of using AI to create 1 website, why not use it to create the entire system/tool that creates 100s of websites. Check out the guy that did this with a Claude agent that generated $31k in 1 month!

Agentic Compliance with Vanta & Claude

AI tools are only as smart as the information you give them. The Vanta MCP Server plugs Claude straight into your security & compliance data, so your team can ask questions, spot problems, and fix them without switching between apps.
Vanta is providing a virtual event where you’ll learn:
What MCP is & why it matters for trust management
How to connect the Vanta MCP Server to Claude in minutes
The full compliance loop in action inside Claude
Ways GRC teams and developers can close compliance gaps faster
What happens when you let AI agents run a cafe?
A cafe in Stockholm called Andon Cafe (a fully autonomous cafe with no humans) used Gemini 3.1 Pro to run its store.
But within a few months it had lost $6k, over ordered stock and was easy to trick into giving discounts (99% discount sounds great thanks!). Someone asked it to host an event so Gemini covered all the costs, got $2.3k in branded hoodies, paid baristas overtime but this didn’t translate to sales so….
Now they’ve switched to GPT 5.5 and it seems to have made a come back - but let’s just say it’s not easy to manipulate and it’s really hard negotiator 🤭
Wonder what Fable 5 can do?
How to create your own Advisory Board with Claude
If you ever have a business question like:
Should I sell this product for $97 or $999?
Should I take this opportunity - is it going to compound later or waste my time?
Which business idea should I go with - AI automation or live AI workshops?
You may find AI tends to agree with you or leads you into hours of endless loops. Well, this helped me alot this week in making decisions - an AI Advisory Board made up of 5 advisors (because I’d much rather someone tell me the cold hard truth and watch my blind spots than people please!) - my video here.
You get different perspectives: Contrarian vs Expansionist (downside vs upside). First Principles vs Executor (rethink everything vs just do it). The Outsider sits in the middle keeping everyone honest by seeing what fresh eyes see.
Now the original LLM council idea was from Karpathy here. BUT this requires abit more set up as it connects to multiple LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini etc). The one I'm showing you is just inside Claude (which was quite good).
I tried adapting this for Codex but it didn’t quite work as well. Claude gave me nice diagrams to explain which I really appreciated.
Here’s how:
Paste this link into Claude Code or Cowork and say “install this link for me”
Once done, you can ask it a question like this “Council: Should I do [x] or [y]?”
That’s it!
*Note: Of course don’t purely rely on AI to make important decisions, seek professionals when it comes to finance, medicine, tax etc.
Treats to Try
Microsoft’s FREE tool to save millions in tokens - If you upload files into Claude/Codex this can waste alot of tokens so this tool converts it into markdown files which is cheaper and easier for any AI to digest! My video here.
Composio AI - Connect your AI agent to 1000+ apps so it doesn’t matter if you change from Claude Code to Codex to Openclaw
If you enjoyed this newsletter, I’d love to hear what you want to see more of in the below poll!🙂
Cheers,
Nat
