Hi {{First Name|Guys!}}!
This week in AI:

OpenAI’s AI escapes & hacks into Hugging Face
Use AI to find your Hidden Skills & Income Opportunities
Anthropic’s Economic Index - AI Effect on Economy
Anthropic just made its own Economic Index searchable and interactive - it’s basically a Google Trends for how people are using AI at work.
This is based on real, anonymized Claude usage rather than predictions about what AI might do.

Source: Anthropic
A few findings from Anthropic’s latest research stood out:
🤖 The tool matters more than the model: Writing a blog post took 13 rounds of conversation in Claude Chat, but only one human prompt in Claude Code
🥺 AI fear is upside down: More than 30% placed the chance of a junior colleague losing their job above 60%, while only 10% thought their own job was at risk
🧠 The biggest AI delegators feel the safest: People automating the most work were also the most optimistic about their careers
Surprisingly, Australia tops the global ranking for population-adjusted Claude usage:
🇦🇺 Australia: 6.40x more usage than expected
🇸🇬 Singapore: 5.81x more
🇨🇭 Switzerland: 5.02x more
You may be thinking where is US in this - surely they contribute to the most overall traffic? Well it’s actually comparing usage based on population size (less people in these countries BUT a higher percentage of people are using it).

But the impact isn’t equal.
People in lower-income countries use Claude more for automation, while higher-adoption countries tend to use it more collaboratively. Experienced workers also feel less exposed because their work relies on judgment, context, trust, and managing people.
The valuable part of the job shifts toward deciding what to create, understanding the customer, checking the work and making the final call.
This also shows why telling your team to “use more AI” is useless advice. You need to identify the specific tasks where AI is already working well, then redesign the workflow around them.
One thing to note: This data only reflects Claude users (likely more AI-savvy than the average worker). So, think of this as an early trend.
You can play around with it here.

Prompt To Try: Uncover Your Income Opportunities
Your skillset may be valuable in your job BUT may be worth 10x more in a different industry or to a different audience.
For years, I stuck to the food and beverage industry without realising that the skills I built in marketing were actually more valuable in tech and AI! The difference in opportunities for me were literally day and night.
From me doing constant outreach, cold calling and being ignored to now getting 99% of opportunities coming inbound and literally being in the same rooms as people I used to follow and look up to on social media!
So, to help you discover your hidden skill, try plugging this into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or your fav model (also include your background/context of course).
1. Find my hidden skills
“Based on my career and life experience below, identify the 10 most valuable skills I may be underestimating. Explain why they’re valuable, who would pay for them, and how AI could help me monetize them.”
2. Find income opportunities
“Based on my experience, suggest 10 realistic ways I could create an additional income stream. Include startup cost, time commitment, difficulty level, and earning potential.”
3. Monetize my experience
“Act as a business strategist. Based on my work history, identify services, consulting offers, digital products, affiliate opportunities, or freelance ideas I could create using skills I already have.”
4. Find my highest-leverage opportunity
“If you had to help me increase my income using my current skills, what would you focus on first and why?”
5. Show me what pays more
“Based on my experience, identify roles, industries, offers, or opportunities that could pay significantly more than what I’m currently doing. Explain what makes me qualified.”
6. Create an AI-powered side hustle
“Using my skills and background, suggest 5 AI-assisted services I could offer that require less than 5 hours per week to start.”
7. Build my 90-day plan
“If my goal was to create more income and stability over the next 90 days, create a step-by-step plan based on my background, schedule, and experience.”
That’s all for this week!😊
Cheers,
Nat
