One good selfie. Fifty different directions.
Sometimes the interesting part of an AI photo isn't a perfect face or a spectacular background. It's the tiny photographic details: a crooked frame, a flash that feels a little too bright, a glance over your shoulder. Those details give the image a story.
This is a menu of 50 photo transformations, plus 15 pose shortcuts, so you can choose a scene without starting your prompt from scratch.
These slash codes are custom prompt conventions, not official ChatGPT commands. A code such as /paparazzi only has a defined meaning once you give ChatGPT its description. Paste the definitions you want to use into the same conversation as your photo. These shortcuts do not install a feature or automatically carry across chats.

Upload a clear photo of yourself, or someone who has agreed to the edit, in a ChatGPT conversation with image editing available.
Choose one style and one pose below. Copy both descriptions into the setup prompt.
Add your outfit, colour and framing preferences, then ask for the edit.
Review the result. Ask for specific changes if the face, hands, clothing or surroundings look wrong.

Edit the attached photo using the following custom shorthand definitions for this conversation. These are my own prompt labels, not built-in commands.
STYLE: /[style] means [paste the full style description from the list].
POSE: /[pose] means [paste the full pose description from the list].
Apply /[style] /[pose]. Outfit: [your outfit and colour]. Keep my face, facial features, apparent age, skin tone and body proportions consistent with the reference. Keep natural skin texture and believable lighting. Aim for realistic photography. Use a vertical 4:5 composition unless I ask otherwise. Avoid added text, watermarks and logos. Treat brand and event references as fictional styling inspiration, without implying endorsement or real attendance.
Replace the bracketed fields before sending. For several looks in one chat, paste the relevant definitions once, then reuse those labels. You can also skip the slash labels and simply ask for the full descriptions in plain language.
Identity preservation is a request, not a guarantee. Results vary with the reference photo and the editing tools available. Check that the result still looks like you before sharing it.

Five combinations to try
After you have supplied the definitions in the same conversation:
/paparazzi /lookback wearing a burgundy dress
/streetcandid /walk wearing an emerald green suit
/digicam /laughing wearing a pink satin dress
/oldmoney /crossedlegs wearing a navy blue outfit
/courtside /fullbody wearing a Lakers jersey
For example, the emerald suit combination becomes this full request:
Edit my uploaded photo into a candid fashion photograph of me walking down a busy city street, photographed from a distance. Show me walking naturally towards the camera in a vibrant emerald green suit. Preserve my identity and natural skin texture. Use believable street lighting and a vertical 4:5 frame, with no added text or logos.
Make the result feel more like you
Start with /paparazzi, /streetcandid, /digicam, /editorial or /cinematicstills. Each gives you a different direction without needing an elaborate setup.
For a series, ask for a new outfit colour, pose and camera distance each time. Alternate between close-ups, mid-shots, full-body images and wider scenes. If every result has the same expression, ask for a glance away, a laugh or a moment of movement.
If the face drifts, return to the original reference and simplify the edit. Try: “Keep the original facial features closer to the reference. Change only the outfit, setting and lighting.” If an outfit colour is wrong, name the precise shade you want.
When sharing, describe the images as AI edits so imagined travel, campaigns or celebrity moments aren't mistaken for real photographs.
Pick a style. Pick a pose. Make it your own.
